By creating an account or using Aiyaar, you agree to these terms. If you use Aiyaar for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
The service
Aiyaar gives shops a point of sale, inventory, purchasing, invoices, a khata, reports, an online store and delivery tools. Some features are switched on for a business by Aiyaar, on request.
Your account
- Give true details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- The owner decides who on their staff can use the account and what each person can do, and is responsible for what staff do in it.
Free trial, plans and payment
- New businesses start with a free trial. After it, a paid plan is needed to keep making changes; your data stays.
- Plan prices are shown on our website and in the dashboard. Payments are for the period shown and are not refunded part-way, unless the law says otherwise.
- We may change prices; we tell you before a change affects your next payment.
Your data and your store
- What you put into Aiyaar stays yours. You can export your products and delete your business at any time.
- You are responsible for what you sell and show in your store: product details, prices, pictures, offers, taxes, delivery and returns, and how you treat your customers.
- Pictures and words in your store must be yours to use. Template photos that come with Aiyaar may be used in your Aiyaar store.
What is not allowed
- Selling anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous, or anything that needs a licence you do not have.
- Misleading customers, spam, or using Aiyaar to harm, track or cheat anyone.
- Trying to break into Aiyaar, other businesses' data, or overload the service.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, and we tell the owner why.
Availability
We work to keep Aiyaar running and your data backed up, but the service is provided as it is, and there may be short breaks for updates or problems outside our control.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Aiyaar is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Ending
You can stop using Aiyaar and delete your business at any time. We can end the service for an account with notice, or at once for serious misuse.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we tell account owners by email before it takes effect. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
